Joe Kalish is the Senior Macro Strategist for Ned Davis Research. As Managing Director of the Macro Group, he has been following and studying financial and economic trends for over 30 years. He and his team are responsible for all of the firm’s bond and economic analysis.
Joe writes the Credit Comment, a high frequency, quick look at developments in the credit markets. Additionally, he is the editor of the Bond Market Focus, a monthly strategy publication. Joe is the primary contributor to Trends & Themes, where each issue is devoted to an in-depth analysis and discussion of a single topic of interest. He and his team also write the Daily Economic Commentary, which analyzes all of the day’s economic reports and other relevant events.
Joe is a member of the National Association for Business Economics. He is occasionally quoted in the financial press. Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management cum laude from the University of Maryland and his MBA degree in Finance, with distinction, from Stern School of Business of New York University.
