Jody Lurie is the Corporate Credit Analyst on Janney’s Fixed Income Strategy & Research team. Ms. Lurie focuses on companies’ debt structures at the micro level, offering trade recommendations and portfolio reviews predominantly to retail accounts. Ms. Lurie covers a long list of companies across several industries, currently specializing on higher yielding credits to help clients identify appropriate investment decisions. She regularly publishes pieces on general industry trends within and strategy pieces related to the corporates and preferreds markets.
Ms. Lurie regularly publishes for Janney’s Daily Fix and Fixed Income Weekly, and can be seen occasionally in-print and on-air. She is frequently quoted by the Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Bloomberg News, CNBC, Fox Business News, Reuters, Financial Times, ABC News, Chicago Tribune, and other major publications. Ms. Lurie received an A.B. magna cum laude in Mathematics and Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
