Presentation: "Key Issues Facing Global Central Bankers"

Mickey Levy is chief economist for Blenheim Capital Management. Mickey analyzes and forecasts US and international economic trends and macroeconomic policies and their impacts on financial market behavior. Following experience in Washington, D.C. conducting fiscal and monetary research, he applies economic and public policy analysis to investments, risk management and banking. Prior to joining Blenheim in early 2013, he was chief economist at Bank of America (1998-2013) where he sat on the bank’s asset liability and market risk committee.

Mickey is co-chairman of the Shadow Open Market Committee, a group of academics that analyzes the monetary policies of the US Federal Reserve and other global central banks. Mickey is an advisor to several US Federal Reserve Banks, the European Commission and the Bank of Japan. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Economic Club of New York and the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He is also a member of the governance board of the Research Alliance for New York Schools. Mickey testifies before US Congressional committees on topics concerning monetary and fiscal policies, global imbalances, and economic and financial conditions.
